moleskine sketch: calm down

what? caffeine is a stimulant?!?

does anyone else balance Half & Half portion packs, one on top of the other like i do (see above)? yes? ok, then, do you also take the little paper seal tabs and fold them downwards to clasp them both together? yep? then, do you try and lift them both up? try it next time.
